Most people try to push through stress with more effort. They keep going, tighten up, sleep poorly, breathe shallow, react quickly, and wonder why their body always feels on edge. But sometimes your body is not asking you to push harder. It is asking you to breathe better.

In 1:1 coaching, we look at how you breathe, how stress is manifesting in the way your breath, and what needs to change first.

From there, we build simple practices around functional breathing, nasal breathing, breath awareness, CO₂ tolerance, and nervous system regulation.

This is personal support for people who want structure, feedback, and a clear path back to better breathing.

How It Works

1:1 coaching is a three-month private process built around your breathing, your nervous system, and your real life.

We start with a full intake call to understand how you breathe, where stress shows up in your body, what you are struggling with, and what you want to improve. From there, we build a simple weekly breathing framework around your needs.

We work on functional breathing, nasal breathing, breath awareness, CO₂ tolerance, recovery, stress regulation, and practical tools you can use during the day.

Each week builds on the last. You are not given a random list of exercises. You are guided through a clear process, with feedback, adjustments, and support along the way. The goal is not to become obsessed with breathwork.

The goal is to breathe better, understand your body better, and have tools you can actually use.

Who This Coaching Is Not For

This work isn’t for men who want comfort.

It’s not for men who want someone else to fix their life while they stay the same.

It is not for you if you want one breathing technique to magically solve everything, or if you are not willing to practice between sessions.

This work is not complicated, but it does require consistency.

This coaching is simple, but it is not passive.

The Outcome

The goal is to help your body return to calm more easily when stress, pressure, fatigue, or emotion pull you away from it.

Through better breathing, you begin to build:

  • A calmer baseline

  • Better sleep and recovery

  • More stable energy

  • Less tension in the body

  • More control over stress and reactivity

  • A clearer understanding of how your body responds under pressure

This work doesn’t “fix” you. But you WILL leave with a better relationship with your breath, a better understanding of your nervous system, and simple tools you can keep using in real life.

Private coaching is intentionally limited to a small number of clients.
Depth requires space. Access requires boundaries.

Founding rate is available while early spaces remain.
