Breath-Led Nervous System Training for Men Who Want to Rebuild from the Inside Out
Primal Oxygen is where men learn to breathe through pressure instead of fighting it. Breath is where discipline begins and where self-leadership is rebuilt.
“Breath is the discipline that turns pressure into presence. It’s how men rebuild calm, control, and leadership from the inside out.”
The Turning Point
I used to think my anger made me powerful. It didn’t. It made me unpredictable, ashamed, and hard to love. I used to think depression was something I could outrun. It wasn’t. It waited for me in every quiet moment. I used to think faith and marriage were limits. They’re not. They’re structure. They’re what hold me steady when everything else falls apart.
I’m a husband, a father, and a man who’s had to rebuild what strength means. For years, strength was force. Now, it’s found in breath.
There was a time when rage ruled everything. I broke things. I broke myself. I scared people. I lost trust, damaged relationships, and nearly lost who I was. The cost of that version of me was heavy. Then came the wake-up call. Marriage, fatherhood, and the realization that real power is calm, not chaos. I didn’t need to be louder. I needed to be grounded and to become an anchor for my family.
That’s what breath training gave me:
The ability to stop reacting and start responding.
It’s not about perfection. I still get angry. I still stumble. But I have tools now. When pressure hits, when life turns loud, breath brings me back to center.
Before the Breath
Before becoming a coach, I spent years managing operations and analyzing data in the corporate world. Long hours, constant pressure, and a growing disconnect between who I was and how I lived. Before that, I ran hospitality businesses, where stress and intensity were daily currency. Both worlds taught me about performance, but neither taught me peace.
I’ve lived through depression, burnout, medication, and self-doubt. I’ve seen how quickly darkness returns when you stop paying attention. Breathwork keeps it from taking over. It grounds me. It keeps me close to faith, to gratitude, and to what matters most.
Along the way, I became an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, a Certified Breathwork Coach with Inspire Academy, and a Certified Heart Coherence Practitioner.
These certifications gave me science and structure. But my story, the rebuilding, the humility, the practice, is the reason I share.
I’m not here to fix anyone. I’m here as proof that a man can rebuild from the inside out.
What I Believe
Breath is not self-help. It’s self-leadership. It’s how I found discipline, how I learned to stay calm under pressure, and how I learned to choose love over anger. It’s how I learned to trust God’s timing instead of my own.
